Questions we often hear from our customers:

1. Is your site secure? Absolutely. Our shopping cart is protected by up to 256-bit SSL technology. You can test this by clicking on the first icon on the left at the bottom of the home page - the Trustwave green and white seal.
   

 

2. Do you have a storefront where I can come shop and pick up my items?  Unfortunately, no, not yet. While we do plan to open a retail store in either Oklahoma or Texas (or both!) within the next 5 years, right now we only sell online. In the meantime, look for us at home and garden shows throughout Oklahoma and Texas. Check our Facebook page, blog, or right here at the "Visit Us" link to see where we'll be next!

 

3. What filling is used in the Bed in a Bag comforters and pillows? The comforters are filled with 40 oz hypoallergenic polyester hollow fiber filling. The pillows are filled with a 35.5 oz polyester filling and double sewn with piped edges. 
   
   
4. What shipping methods do you use? We mostly use UPS and Fed Ex, because we want you to have a tracking number so you know when to expect your purchases.

 

5. Will you be adding any other products?  Absolutely! We're passionate about the products we offer and about helping people live greener, healthier lifestyles. To that end, we're constantly researching new products. Keep checking back regularly to see what neat things we've found!

 

6. Do you only sell bedding? We're adding a line of bath products such as towels, curtains and bathrobes. Who knows, we might go nuts and add soap and shampoo too! It's important to use as many natural and organic products as possible to reduce your exposure to environmental toxins.

 

7. What payment methods do you accept?  We've worked hard to integrate several payment methods into our shopping cart. Right now, you have the option of paying via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and all those plus American Express through PayPal, or directly from your PayPal account, or through Google Checkout.
8. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.K.?  Some items, yes. All of the conventional bedding can be shipped international, as can much of the organic bedding. Simply email us and inquire about the item(s) you would like shipped to an address outside the U.S.
